Ben Kallos - Do we smell an upset on the Upper East Side? Several Manhattan elected officials have pulled their endorsements of embattled City Council candidate Micah Kellner in recent weeks, but when 32BJ/SEIU switched sides and endorsed Kallos — a first in the union’s history — it signaled this race could be closer than many people thought. Kellner is still favored, but his sexual harassment scandal, which has had more twists and turns than a Gossip Girl episode, has UES tongues wagging. We won’t be the least surprised if Blair Waldorf and Chuck Bass weigh in before this one is all over. xoxo.
