Currently, the future of the Steam Plant, which is located near Goldwater Hospital, is uncertain. Rather than demolishing the Steam Plant, we propose converting it into a museum similar to London’s Tate Modern. This museum will attract visitors and provide a permanent space for Gallery RIVAA.
